Chefs Ori Menashe and Genevieve Gergis curate our Farm Box for a month-long residency this September, bringing fire, spice, and a deep sense of hospitality to every delivery. The husband-and-wife team behind Bestia, Bavel, and Saffy's — three of the most beloved restaurants in Los Angeles — Ori and Genevieve have spent over a decade turning simple, seasonal ingredients into some of the city's most unforgettable meals.

Ori's wood-fired cooking, shaped by his Israeli upbringing and his years in Italian kitchens, meets Genevieve's self-taught pastry expertise to tell the stories of their family lineage across Israel, Morocco, Turkey, and Egypt. Their work has earned Bavel Best Restaurant of the Year honors from the Los Angeles Times, Eater, and Time Out, and a James Beard finalist nod — but at its heart, it has always been about slow cooking, aromatic wood and spice, and a reverence for peak-season produce and the growers who raise it.
