The lion's mane in this box was huge and had that perfect seafood-like texture when I pan-seared it. I got roughly a pound total, and the king trumpets held up great in a stir fry without going slimy. Already planning my next order around whatever's rotating in.

The King Trumpets were the stars this week—meaty and substantial, while the Blue Oysters had that delicate, silky texture that sears up perfectly. Everything arrived fresh and intact, and the pound gave us three solid meals. I've already ordered another box for next week.

The mix this week had a gorgeous Lion’s Mane and a handful of King Trumpets that made the whole kitchen smell earthy. Everything arrived firm and fresh, and that rotating variety keeps dinner from ever getting boring.
